Peel the potatoes and grate them in large pieces. Mix the chopped onion and cashew nuts with grated potatoes. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Shape the potato mixture as small buns and fry them in a little olive oil in a frying pan until they are brown and crispy. Can also be baked in the oven at 180C.
