Charlotte with vegetables

Ingredients
5 small zucchini
3 red peppers
350 g drained yogurt
150 g feta cheese
2 cloves garlic
5-6 basil leaves
5-6 sprigs of dill
olive oil

Method
Slice the courgettes thin washers. Add salt them and watering them with olive oil. Bake zucchini heated grill pan or BBQ on both sides. Bake the peppers on all sides. We make cream by mixing the drained yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, mashed garlic paste, chopped basil and dill. Stir well. Seasoning with olive oil. You should get very thick mixture. We cover a round bowl with oil fsunflower stretch-type, so that its ends protrude out of court. The walls of the container cover with zucchini, as they advocate. The bottom spread strips of peppers, which are peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into strips. After we arranged the vegetables, pour the milk mixture. Cover with a layer of zucchini and top. Cover with fthe oil and leave in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then we turn on a plate and serve. * The diameter of my buy is 14 cm. A volume - with a capacity of 400 ml. On one such bowl out 2 servings. Accordingly, if used in larger or smaller bowls more portions should increase the amount of vegetables.

Your version I liked a lot, and in muffins loaded thus obtained and self serving.

I'm glad you like the idea! :) Can be made in even smaller bowls or shapes, and maybe even a large bowl to make a big *cake*. Filling must be very thick, it can be cut into pieces.

Hello! Sorry for late comment. Strained yoghurt do not know if it could be replaced by another. You can use cream cheese by turning cow cheese in the recipe.
