Chicken with dry bread

Ingredients
8-10 thin slices of dry bread
1 small chicken
1 onion
50 g mushrooms
1 tsp tomato paste
3 eggs
125 g butter
200 g sour cream
pinch pepper
2 sprigs parsley
salt
Method
Chicken meat is ground in a meat grinder, and bones are flooded with cold water and cook on low heat for at least one hour. Melt half of the butter in it and sauté the chopped onion and mushrooms. As tender, add the minced meat. The mixture add salt and stew 30 minutes, occasionally added in 1-2 tbsp broth of bird bones. Remove from heat and add the tomato paste, pepper and parsley. Part of the butter thoroughly smeared baking dish and place in the ranks half of the grilled bread slices. Sprinkle with broth and pour them on the prepared stuffing. Top ranks half of the slices on them and distributes the remaining butter. Eggs broken with cream and a pinch of salt and pour evenly over the cake. Bake in preheated oven heavily (220 C) redness of topping. Cake cut into squares and serve.

It is very tasty, can he put a little garlic and carrots. Will do it a second time, it is worth to test it.
