Chicken fillet with sheep cheese and spinach

2-3 chicken fillets (about 150-200 g per portion)
1 tsp dried thyme or fresh twigs 2
1 tsp dried rosemary or 2 branches fresh
6 cloves garlic ( or to taste)
1 small lemon
1 onion
450 g frozen or scalded spinach
1 onion
3 tomatoes, small
200 g sheep cheese
salt, pepper
nutmeg (optional)

Makes is a marinade of lemon juice, 3 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, chopped, rosemary and thyme. Fillets marinated at least half an hour. Onion is cut, the remaining garlic Grind, tomatoes cut into cubes, the feta cheese is crushed in large pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the fillets with the marinade, in about 5 minutes on each side. In a separate saucepan heat olive oil, fry the onion and garlic is, put it spinach, fried to a minute, add the tomatoes and the feta cheese, and allowed to kindle. Season with pepper, salt (if needed) and nutmeg. Serve hot in a fillet portion, served with spinach. * spinach can be prepared as a separate dish. Cold salad is delicious.
