1 - 1.5 kg potatoes
1/2 cup sunflower oil
salt

Method
In the pan put the cleaned and thoroughly washed chicken livers, add peeled and sliced potatoes, add salt is flooded with the oil and water as almost to cover the dish. Bake in a moderate oven.
