Ingredients
2 kg chicken
6 tomatoes
4 large onions
200 ml uni sauce
1 package pikantina barbecue or spices of your choice

Method
The meat is cut into cubes, marinate with uni sauce and pikantinata or other spices of your choice. Leave in the marinade for 12 hours. Tomatoes and onions are cut so that they can broach without falling. The spit is nabuchva onion, meat, tomato and so lining being completed with onion. Bake or grill plate.
