Chicken with wine, mushrooms and onions

Ingredients
1 chicken
250 g onions
4-5 cloves garlic
200 g mushrooms
40 ml sunflower oil
500 ml red wine
chicken broth
bay leaf
1 bunch thyme
salt
Method
The chicken is cut into eight parts. Small onion heads leave purposes, but larger cut into two. Garlic cut into in small pieces and mushrooms - in large pieces. All products fry for five minutes in sunflower oil. Remove the meat and fry on all sides. Add vegetables, thyme and bay leaf. Make wine and add salt to taste. Stews ten minutes. Pour broth and stew for another 20 minutes.
