Chocolates Baci Perugina

Ingredients
50 g of milk chocolate
10 g butter
40 g crushed roasted hazelnuts
50 g chocolate spread
30 g whole hazelnuts
80 g chocolate
Method
Milk chocolate is melted on the stove with the butter. The chocolate spread mix well with crushed hazelnuts and two mixtures together. Arrives in the freezer for 15 minutes, in order to simulate the candy easier. After tightening chocolate form 11 balls on each pressed 1 whole hazelnut. Harvested again in the freezer for 1/2 hour. During this time the natural chocolate is melted. Allow to cool slightly, so that when the immersion of the candies to obtain a thicker layer. Each candy was immersed in chocolate and place on a wire rack until harden. Once you are ready to wrap in aluminum foil.
