Cocktail of beef tongue

Ingredients
300 g of boiled beef tongue
150 g marinated red peppers
150 g peas
100 g mayonnaise
150 g cream
dill
pepper
salt
Method
Cooked, peeled and chilled language pickled peppers cut into thin strips. Mix with the drained peas, mixed and broken glass bowls or cups. Pour with mayonnaise, whipped with cream and pepper to taste. The appetizer is served well chilled, sprinkled with chopped dill.
