Cocktail with orange jam and rum

Ingredients
4 pieces of sweet orange
2 balls of chocolate ice cream
2 tbsp whipped cream with sugar
1/2 cup
Method
Rum ice cream is placed in a large chilled stemware, bay rum and topped with cream and jam. The cocktail is served immediately with a small spoon.
