Cocoa balls with walnuts

Ingredients
600 g walnuts
500 g of powdered sugar
5-6 tbsp cocoa
2-3 tbsp rum
2 egg white
granulated sugar

Method
The walnuts are finely ground. All products are mixed without granulated sugar. You should get a very firm and sticky dough. Make balls are slightly larger than a cherry - the chocolates. After forming immediately rolled in granulated sugar, if you leave them they tighten and hard sticks sugar. There are about 120-130 balls. It is better to stay at least a few hours before consumption.
