Ingredients
200 g ricotta cheese (cottage cheese)
50 g of powdered sugar (or to taste)
300 g coconut
scent of your choice - vanilla; rum; liquor; essence;

Method
Mix the cottage cheese, sugar and smell - the original 50 ml orange liqueur * Grand Marnier *, I used 1 tsp rum incomplete. Mix well, so that the cottage cheese spiced evenly. Add 200 g coconut and the mixture was again stirred. Hands shape identical balls the size of a small walnut and rolled in the other 100 g coconut. Harvested in the refrigerator for an hour or until served.
