Coconut pudding

Ingredients
500 ml coconut milk
5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp natural starch
2 tbsp coconut liqueur

Method
Starch is diluted with a little milk. The remaining milk was mixed with the sugar and bring to the boil, while stirring, so as not to burn. Add fuzzy starch and liqueur, stir about 1 minute and pour into rinsed with cold water bowls. Optional pudding can be colored with food dye. Serve cool.
