Cold soup of peas

Ingredients
600 ml vegetable broth
400 g young peas - fresh or frozen
contact mint
300 g yogurt
1 clove garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
salt
chilli

Method
Peas is boiled in the broth for about 4-5 minutes. Mint wash the leaves ragged. Several leave for garnishing, others put in the soup and everything is pureed. Allow to cool. 100 g of yogurt seasoned with salt and cayenne pepper. The remaining milk, crushed clove of garlic, lemon juice and salt are added to the soup cold and broken. Serve put each portion of spiced yogurt and sprinkle with chopped mint leaves.
