Colorful salad with mushrooms

Ingredients
250 g rice
250 g mushrooms
250 g pickles
250 g canned peas
2-3 carrots
1 lemon
sunflower oil for frying
salt, pepper
parsley
Method
Rice fry well, add 2 cups water and rice to boil until ready. To this was added the cooked mushrooms, carrots and pickles - all diced. Add peas. Salad flavored with lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley very finely.
