Ingredients
2 kg fat beef without bones
2 onions
1 cube vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
pepper
Method
The meat is washed, gives his bead form and tied together with thread. Put it in a pan and pour boiling water. Add onion, vegetable broth and salt to taste. Cover, boil for 2 h. Once boiled up out of the broth and allow to cool. Then cut transversely into thin slices. Prepare the sauce by mixing olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and other onion, grated.
