1 cup cornmeal
2 and 1/2 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup oat bran
25 g dry milk
7 g dry yeast
1 full tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup lukewarm water (about 300 ml)

Combine all the dry ingredients are well done, added 1 tbsp sunflower oil and gradually pouring water to the dough. On floured countertop is formed into a ball, place in a floured container, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to double in volume. The risen dough is divided into 4 balls, which are formed of elongated rolls or in the form of optional hostess. Place in a baking dish with baking paper, greased with sunflower oil and leave for 15-20 minutes to rise again. Bake in preheated oven at 170-180C degrees.
