Couscous with mushrooms

Ingredients
200 g couscous
200 g mushrooms
2 onions
6 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Cous put up is boiled in salted water and drain . Chop onion and sauté chopped mushrooms, then added to the cous-Kusa. Season with pepper and salt. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
