Cream * 4 floors *

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
egg 2
3 yolks
150 g sugar
50 g flour
50 g butter
1 tsp coffee
2 tbsp cocoa
8 sugar cubes
2 vanilla
Method
Milk is put to boil. Combine eggs and egg yolks with sugar and flour, followed by addition of boiled milk (first bit, and then more rapidly). The resulting mixture was poured into a pan and thicken fire, stirring continuously, until the boil. Then add the butter. The cream is removed from the heat and pour in 4 cups. In the first flavored coffee, in the second - with a sugar-sweetened cocoa in the third - with vanilla, in the fourth - with caramel (prepared from 8 lumps of sugar and 3 tbsp water, then added caramelized sugar). Once the cream cool bowls are turning on each other in a large bowl, taking care not to mix the contents.
