Cream Fantasy

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
1 cup +14 Tsp sugar
4 eggs
4 tbsp flour
125 g butter
1 vanilla
Method
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the milk to boil. To it under continuous stirring, previously beaten yolks with 1 cup 1 sugar and vanilla. Once thickened remove from heat and add the butter. 4 egg whites separately with 3 l. Sugar froth. 14 tsp sugar is caramelized and pour over beaten whites and mix. Pour the cream into bowls and on it sprayed egg white mixture. Optional can be garnished with more chocolate bars, sugar sticks or ground nuts.
