Cream with lemon chips

Ingredients
1.5 kg yogurt or 1 kg yoghurt
1 cup powdered sugar
1 compote of your choice
220 g lemon chips (1 box)
Method
Drain yogurt for one night, or use ready expressed milk and mix with powdered sugar. Syrup Boil compote with lemon chips until dissolved. When cooled down mixed with yogurt. In bowls or cups placed fruit compote and over them pour the mixture. Place in refrigerator to gel. Decorate with whipped cream.

This cream was doing my mother when I was small. Always with peach preserves and glasses of champagne. In my memory has been sealed wonderful taste and still I was going to do it
