Cream soup of red lentils with carrots

Ingredients
1 onion
1-2 carrots
250 g red lentils
cumin
Method
Onions and carrots are cut and smothered in a little oil. Add lentils and stir in onion and carrot. Pour hot water, the amount depending on the desired density of the soup. After the lentils is ready flavored with salt and pass a soup with a blender. Finally, add the cumin and leave another 5 minutes to boil.

soup is great! In Turkey as a go only one bite! Adding a little dry chili and lemon juice becomes excellent, bravo!
