Ingredients
200 g salo
5-6 leeks onion
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Salo cut into thin slices and fry until gold. Remove from the court and in the same oil fry the chopped leeks. Add red and black pepper, 1/3 cup water and capped to boil until soft leeks. Serve as on leeks arranged salo pieces and pour the lemon juice.
