Cutlet in Kiev

Ingredients
800 g chicken fillet
100 g butter
40 g or 80 g breadcrumbs bread (2 slices)
2 eggs
salt
fat frying

Method
Remove the skin from the fillets, divided by pieces and they are bruised so as to obtain a uniform thickness. Add salt with salt and pepper. In the middle of each piece of fillet put cold lump of butter and sirloin screw roll. Cutlets breaded by consistently add some flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs (prepared or cooked slices of bread), again dip in beaten eggs and fry in preheated oil.

Even more delicious it in butter put parsley, cheese and mushrooms. Kiev cutlet can be served on a bed of French toast, but I have not tried this version :) Very nice recipe! :)
