Ingredients
3 peeled and cooked pears
8 balls ice cream of your choice
150 g culinary chocolate
300 ml cream mixing
75 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter

Method
Mix the cream with the sugar. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. In appropriate glasses or small plates are placed, cut in half 1 pear, 2 balls of ice cream and pour melted chocolate. At the top is decorated with cream. Serve immediately.
