Ingredients
100 g ice cream
1 banana
1 orange
1 apple
1 lemon
handful of raisins and walnuts
# For the cream:
2 yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
Method
Fruits are cut into small cubes and add them raisins and the walnuts. It gets cooked in a thick cream of other products, stirring slowly. Wine glasses are filled with fruit, sprinkled with cold cream on top and put ice cream.
