Ingredients
200 g soft butter
300 g flour
200 g sugar
1 egg
rind of 1 lemon
Method
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the flour, egg and lemon zest . Knead the dough. On the grid put foil and using spray paint payazhinki with kneaded dough. Bake at 190 degrees about 10 minutes. * Ready payazhinki can paint with red glaze: in powdered sugar add a few drops of red juice (pomegranate, beets or currants).
