Ingredients
1 onion
4 sour apples
200 g of roast pork trimmings
1/2 cup (100 ml) sauce roasted
2 tbsp (20 g) sour cream
salt
1 tsp (5 g) curry
1-2 tbsp (20 g) lard
rice
Method
Onion, cut into thin slices, fry until golden color in the lard. Add cleaned of seeds and chopped onions as apples and sauté until soft. Add meat and cream sauce, seasoned with salt and curry and stew again. Serve with boiled rice.
