Ingredients
1 onion
6 tbsp olive oil
100 g sharp rice
5 black olives
1/2 connection mint
50 g black raisins
50 g pine nuts
35 canned grape leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cube chicken broth
lemon slices for serving

Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in 1 tbsp olive oil, add the rice, chopped olives, raisins and mint. Nuts fry separately in 1 tbsp olive oil and add to the mixture. The resulting stuffing made dolmaschki and are placed close to the court, pour in the boiling mixture of 250 ml water, lemon juice, bouillon cube and the remaining 4 tbsp olive oil. Remain to be simmered quietly for 20 minutes. Serve cold with lemon slices.

Clearly what is available in almost every Turkish kapanche is pathetic imitation of this recipe. I ate only once and never again. Now, as I read it, it sounds delicious right.
