Dough for French pancakes

Ingredients
3 eggs
180 g flour
50 g butter
500 ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
sunflower oil

Method
With the mixer is broken all the ingredients by following the sequence : eggs, half of the milk, the butter, a pinch of salt, half the flour. Stir for a while and add the remaining flour. If the dough is too thick add the remaining milk and (or part thereof until the required density). Spread bottom of a Teflon pan with a minimal amount of sunflower oil and fry the pancakes.
