Duck with onions necks

Ingredients
1 kg duck necks
1 kg onion
fat for browning
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
cumin, pepper
15-20 olives
2-3 pickles
salt
Method
Boil necks. Cut onion and fry. When it becomes golden, add the spices, clean stones from olives and sliced ​​cucumbers. Cooked necks are broken up into small pieces and add to the onion. All mix well and fry some more. Spigots can be replaced with livers, hearts, gizzards, even with meat.
