Duck Soup

Ingredients
duck meat
onion
carrot
potato
parsley or savory
pinch of red pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
Method
First boil the meat, if need be boned (can be used duck offal). When the meat is ready, strain the broth and put potatoes to boil. Zaprazhvame carrots and onions and add them too. When the potatoes are cooked add the noodles, meat and podprakite if you do not have it fresh parsley and savory. Fidel is ready zastroyvame with 1 egg yolk and vinegar.
