Ingredients
3 kg cookies fleshy peppers
1 kg peppers
200 g garlic
650 g sugar
500 ml sunflower oil
750 ml vinegar
4 tbsp salt
2 bunches of parsley

Method
Peppers are roasted, peel and grind with the garlic cloves in meat machine. Add spices. Mix all and allowed to stand for 24 hours. Fill jars and sterilized for 3-5 minutes.
