Eggs with meat sauce

Ingredients
8 boiled eggs
200 g minced meat
150 g ham
2 onions
100 g peas
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cornmeal
4 tomatoes
oil
salt

Method
In a pan fry onion, ham, minced meat and peas cooked in advance. Fry about 6-8 minutes, then add a small red pepper, corn flour and tomatoes. Boil on low heat for 12 minutes. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and arrange them on a plate. Top pour the finished sauce. Decorate with a little pepper and chopped boiled egg.
