Eggs poached Oriental

Ingredients
500 g of onion
sunflower oil
rosemary
250 g bread
pepper
salt
8 eggs
parsley

Method
Chop of crescents and fry in the oil with rosemary. Then transferred into a fireproof container. Bread cut into cubes and fry in the remaining sunflower oil. Season with salt and pepper and add to the onion. Tap the eggs carefully on top and baked in a hot oven. Sprinkle with parsley.

Vesi, decided to try the recipe with one portion and not include ovens put it in MB. Became very very tasty. I will let the pictures tomorrow I have trouble uploading them.
