Eggs in Smolyan

1 kg potatoes
250 g sheep cheese
60 g butter
1 cup milk
4 eggs

Cook potatoes and still warm peel and grated. The feta cheese is also grated in large pieces and add to the potatoes. Add the fried briefly butter, heated milk and add salt to taste. All stir and pour into a buttered baking dish. Formed into wells and shall Tap eggs as their top put on a piece of butter. Bake in a moderately hot oven until the eggs veiling. The dish can be prepared in individual pottery.

recipe is great. It is very tasty and worth it. It does not take much time to prepare and. Maggie and I put in a pinch of red pepper to the eggs.
