Ingredients
2 kg elder, almost overripe
300 g sugar
400 ml water
5 cloves
1 liter of cognac
Method
Squeezes are of elderberry juice, pour into skillet and boil 5 minutes from the time of boiling. Allow to cool completely. Water and sugar boiled thick syrup spiced with cloves.
