Festive cake with nuts

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
220 g butter
200 ml milk
130 g yogurt
5 eggs
20 g fresh yeast
1 l sugar
1 h l salt
nuts of your choice
Method
Involved soft dough of all products, no fat and no one yolk. The dough was divided into 3 equal parts. Of each roll crust size of the cake pan. Three sheets are coated with plenty of softened butter and impose on each other. Stretched to get a rectangle. Its two opposite edges are wound in the middle of a tight roll. It is cut in half with a floured knife. Obtained 2 equal in thickness and length rolls. One is twisted, as stretched and rolled snail in the middle of a deep oiled tray. Likewise twist and second roll and wrapped around first. Cake allowed to rise 30 minutes, smeared with yolk, decorate with nuts and bake in the heated oven - in a strong beginning, then - moderate.
