Ingredients
4 large fillets of fish
300 g mushrooms
1 onion
100 g cooking cream
100 g feta cheese
1/2 tsp flour
salt, pepper, parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon

Method
Fillets are cleared from the skin and bones, if any. Two of them by means of a knife to make incisions diamond top. Second pieces are placed on large pieces foil. Smeared with olive oil, flavor and dispense stuffing made from onions, mushrooms, flour, cream and the feta cheese, lightly fried. Placed on filling the other fillets. Wrap tightly with fthe oil. Placed in an envelope for baking and bake 40 minutes at 180 C. Serve with lemon slices.
