Ingredients
1 kg of hake, hake, mackerel, beard or sword without heads
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
250 g red tomatoes
200 g peppers Sivria
80 g garlic
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
30 g cornmeal
1 bunch parsley
500 g potatoes
20 g butter
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Cleaned of skin and bones add some fish in cornmeal and fry in hot fat. In the same oil fry the onion, cut into slices, peppers, garlic, and sliced ​​red tomatoes, coarsely chopped. Add the wine and pepper, pour the sauce of fish, bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes or polenta, parsley and lemon pieces.
