Fish skewers confit

Ingredients
1 kg fish fillets (cut into cubes)
# For the marinade:
100 ml sunflower oil
250 ml dry white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic (pressed)
salt, pepper
Method
Diced marinated for one hour (maybe a little more) and drain. Strung on skewers and bake in a moderately heated BBQ 4-5 minutes by. The remainder of the marinade thickens (boiled) with starch or flour and so the resulting sauce is poured over the fish skewers before serving.
