Fish soup with mackerel

Ingredients
1 mackerel
3 potatoes
2 scallions
1 sprig fresh garlic
1 onion
1 carrot
1 red pepper
1 yolk
200 g yogurt
pepper, salt
mint, basil, celery or parsley
Method
Fish Boil about 2 liters of water, pulls and boned. The skin is also removed. Broth strain and boil it in chopped vegetables. Once the carrots are soft, add the fish and spices. Zastroyvame with beaten egg yolk and sour milk and boil 4-5 minutes, depending on the desired density can be added and more water.
