Sounds delicious :)

I make it in much the same way, but put carrot and celery, it really delicious and my kids love it because pangasius no strong smell of fish. I know from somewhere, but where exactly do not remember that the boom in fish soup is to cut the vegetables differently ie one potato cubes, the other strips, shredded third. So do the carrot and celery and onion. Really great soup!
