French omelet rustic

Ingredients
3 slices of bacon
2 potatoes
5 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper

Method
Heat the oven to 180 C . bacon cut into strips 2 cm thick, and the potato pieces with a thickness of 2-3 cm. In fireproof pan (suitable for oven) Fry the bacon until golden color and crispness. Remove and eliminate fat fried potatoes over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until ready. Add salt and season with ground black pepper. Potatoes are removed and the fat discarded. In a bowl mix well the eggs, milk, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. In a pan pour 1 tbsp sunflower oil and add the milk mixture. Top rank bacon and potatoes. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions. The pan was placed in the oven for 8 minutes or until ready eggs.
