French salad with apples and cabbage

Ingredients
500 g of white cabbage
3 apples (more sour)
1 red onion
100 g roasted and in large pieces ground walnuts
juice of 1 lemon
# For the dressing:
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
200 g cream
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil

Method
Cabbage cut into small pieces. Peeled and cleaned apples are cut into small cubes and pour in the lemon juice to not darken. Red onion cut into small pieces. All products are mixed in a salad bowl, add the walnuts and mix. Olive oil is mixed with vinegar and add the mustard. Gradually and with constant stirring add the dressing and cream. Salad bay and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.

salad is not bad, but it's too heavy. I slowed nuts and swapped with sour cream. Cabbage remains solid and slightly tasteless. Furthermore, I do not think vinegar and olive oil dopirnasyat taste.
