Fried cigar (banitsi)

Ingredients
20 triangular pastry
2 eggs
200 g feta cheese
savory, colorful salt or other seasoning of your choice
Fried cigar (banitsi)

Method
The feta cheese is crushed, it shall be added one whole egg and the yolk of the other (spices - optional, but filling may be replaced with cheese, sausage, vegetables, etc.). Each sheet is wound separately, the ends and are coated with a egg white so as not to open during frying. Fry in a hot sunflower oil until a golden color.

Vicky, BRAVO! Well you had not thought of fried patties! I also fried, but with fine sheet and make rectangles, moisten them with water - I have not thought of protein ... Very quickly and become very very delicious!

Oh, Vicky, are very nice! Commercial Premium are often soaked with fat, but are home mmm! I put cheese and garlic, and parsley stalks of, and very finely chopped hot pepper. Becomes very spicy! Bravo for the recipe!

In the morning they prepared for breakfast. I recommend checking them out!

I have made 2 types -Sweet with delight and salty cheese. Both of them panicked, however sweet and sprinkled with powdered sugar, and salt them I poured a milky-mayonnaise sauce.
