Ingredients
500 g minced meat
4 potatoes
1 egg
1 cup milk
50 g butter
salt
pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Boil the potatoes, peel, crushed with a fork mash and add to the warm and already melted butter and warm, but not hot milk. Mix and add the minced meat, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. The mixture formed meatballs and fry in heated sunflower oil. Serve warm with salad season.
