Fried quinces - II type

Ingredients
4 quinces
1 cup milk
egg 2
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
flour
sunflower oil
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Peel quince and cut them into slices with a thickness of 7-8 mm and cut the seminal part. Beat eggs with sugar, add the milk, melted butter and flour so as to obtain a dough a little thicker than pancake. Dip quince in this mixture and fry them. Serve them thoroughly sprinkled with powdered sugar.
