Fried ribbons

Ingredients
400 g flour
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup powdered sugar
150 ml fat for frying
Method
Eggs, milk and salt and Beat well to them gradually add flour. The resulting dough is kneaded well and divided into parts, each of which is rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 0. 5 cm. Sheet cut strips with a length of 10-12 cm and a width of 2-3 cm. In the middle of each strip incision is made along the length. One end of the strip is passed through the hole, then pull both ends slightly. Prepared in this way ribbon fry in hot oil, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
