Fudge with sour cream

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup cut cocktail cherries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Method
In 2-liter saucepan put sugar, cream, honey and salt. Put it on low heat until sugar is melted. Then kotlonat slightly increases and allow the mixture to boil. Stir constantly until thickening (taking place a drop of the mixture in cold water, should make a soft ball). Remove from heat. Add the butter and vanilla. Allow to cool (50-60 degrees). Stir vigorously until Fudge get dull hue. Stir in cherries and the walnuts. Pour into greased with butter form, size 20x20 cm. Allow to solidify and then cut into squares.
